XPERT Aerial Hammock is a great addition to your teaching, known for decompressing your spine and increasing your flexibility, with so many ways to use an aerial hammock XPERT developed a program so that you can teach whichever way you choose. The XPERT Hammock manual covers 4 aspects of aerial hammock; fitness, yoga, flexibility and tricks. Allowing you to choose which style, if not all of them, that you would like to teach and giving you the tools to teach a wide range of aerial hammock moves.
This teacher training works through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting. If you are looking to become an instructor, assistant or already have years of knowledge this training is the perfect start to your XPERT journey.

You must have a minimum of 6-month aerial fitness experience; this training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training and be able to confidently perform each move within the manual. This training is not to become a professional performer but is for those wishing to teach aerial fitness. You do not have to have a group exercise certificate to do our training, however to gain CEC’s with these companies you need to be a member.
Upon registering for the training, you will receive access to your online anatomy and physiology pre-learning and our move-by-move video library. You will have a lifetime access to these.
