XPERT Pole Fitness 3&4 is our next level teacher training, developed for those who are looking to teach intermediate plus students in their classes. This training focuses heavily on spotting and the most important foundation tricks and spins that lead onto advanced. Following on from Pole 1&2 training, 3&4 covers all you need to know to teach a safe and effective lower to higher intermediate class. The course emphasises proper form, smooth transitions and trick entry and exits. This training works through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting when needed. If you are looking to teach intermediate to advanced pole this training is the perfect choice to your XPERT journey.

You must have a minimum of 12-month pole fitness experience and be able to invert confidently. This training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training and be able to confidently perform each move within the manual.
