Essential Science of Heels

The XPERT Essential Science of Heels is our newest training, this course focuses on learning how to teach pole and floor work in heels safely. This training will cover all you need to know about the foundations of heel work on and off the pole.

This training has a heavy focus on floor work and heels foundation, working through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting if needed. This course also covers how to link each move making the sequences endless and you as an instructor able to lesson plan with ease. If you are looking to teach heels classes, this training is an essential start to your XPERT journey.

You must have a minimum of 12-month pole fitness experience, this training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training.
